This blend consists of 2 components:
Brazil, Santos, a pulped natural coffee with a more aromatic cup quality, which is rich in flavour and clean.
Guatemala – Huehuetanago lies north of Guatemala. The department shares a border with Mexico. Coffee produced in the highland region sets itself apart from the typical Guatemalan taste profile. This is largely explained by the non-volcanic soil of the Cuchumatanes mountain range.
The taste profile of these coffees together will give you a syrupy sweet , dark chocolate espresso. A great addition with milk.
We roast on Mondays and Tuesdays and dispatch on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
