  3. Learn about pre-infusion, temperature control, flushing cycles, PID control and pressure profiling
  4. Refine and define your own style of coffee preparation by adjusting grind, dose, temperature, shot volume
  5. Learn expert tips and tricks on running a successful and fast-paced café -from menu creation, bar flow management, customer service skills and we will make time to listen and answer any questions you may have.
