Lot Sixty One is a coffee lover’s paradise. Great tasting coffee that’s roasted fresh daily on location in Amsterdam Oude West. It all starts with buying the best quality green beans fresh from the current harvest season. Beans are hand roasted on our Probat roaster to celebrate the unique flavours of the coffee produced by the farmer. Pushing a button and serving a cup of coffee to a customer is not our way. Our baristas deliver world class drinks on a consistent basis. They are educators, innovators and current with all brew methods.
Lot Sixty One is situated at Kinkerstraat 112, Amsterdam. Owners Adam Craig and Paul Jenner thought the location was so picturesque, it was a great spot to share their passion for Aussie coffee culture.
Our interior features warm wood tones with a back-drop of subway tiles. This is the perfect setting for our L12 Probat coffee roaster, which takes centre stage on roasting days.
We pull our shots on a Kees Van der Westen 3-group Spirit espresso machine using naked portafilters.
We roast our beans twice weekly and ship and deliver the same week to Horeca establishments and to our online customers.
We sample roast and grade our green beans and conduct quality control to ensure the utmost quality.
A 3-metre cupping bar is used to taste all our coffees and it is where we also offer an unparalleled training program for our wholesale Horeca accounts.
